Terms & Conditions
Minimum age of Renter must be 25 years old. All Operators must be 25 years or older. All operators are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to have a Pleasure Craft Operators Card (PCOC), and must have a Valid Drivers License. ("Temporary PCOC" with training if needed, with a Valid Driver License). All operators must be present for rental briefing, and signing of rental agreement. Pre-Authorized damage deposit of $3000 on SEA-DOO (PWC's) and $5000 on ALL BOATS to be held on Renters Credit Card at time of delivery. Cancellations must occur at least 21 days in advance for a full refund, after that, a credit will be applied to a later booking during "same" season. Drinking and driving, and operation after dusk are strictly prohibited. ALL Damages or accidents will be charged to the Renter/Operator, as well as potentially being reported to the OPP, where ALL charges are the Renter/Operators responsibility. Allow at least 30-60 minutes for Rental Briefing/Temporary Pleasure Craft Operators Card/Liability Wavier Signing and Damage check.
