Awesome jet ski rental

We rented the two jet skis for a day on the river with our kids and had the best time! The staff was extremely helpful, polite and fun! Highly recommended!

You guys are the best. Everyone there was so helpful and courteous. And funny! That's what it's all about right? And obviously the beauty of the river at McGregor is unsurpassed. Love running into old 'friends' as well ;) Keep Boatels running forever please. I'll be back on a regular basis if things stay affordable.

Had a blast on the coconut! Jermey was very responsive to all our needs at all times. So many great memories had on the Mississippi River. Will be making this an annual trip for more laughter and memories! Boat needed some TLC but this did not stop the fun!

Other than having to receive 2-3 emails to submit a deposit this was really great and easy experience. The site showed all the times available for the pontoons. We reserved the smallest one as we only had 5 people going. We arrived early and since we were the only ones renting that toon that day, we were able to take it out early. Staff explained every thing completely, and was very friendly. While the pontoon was an older one, there was no radio, nor a depth finder, the motor ran great and was fun to drive. I would recommend this place, especially for the larger crowds/pontoons.

Our camp has utilized Boatels for years to provide a houseboat camp experience for our high school age campers. They are easy to schedule with and the online system allows us to keep track of boat availability. Most importantly to us is that they make every effort to ensure our campers have an enjoyable and safe experience. A lot of incredible experiences have been had by our campers over the years.

Amazing Service and Staff

Our boat ride and rental experience with McGregor Marina was simply fantastic. Pretty much stumbled on this place by accident while dinning in at there fabulous restaurant. Not that I am hear to plug the restaurant but I am telling you the food was delicious at McGregors Brat and Beer on the Marina. The owner greeted us graciously and even let our "service dog" in with us. Simply great service is all I can say. The boat ride was spectacular and the views were magnificent. Thank you again for being a TRUE business that I will be back to.

This is our second year renting for boatels. First yesr the boat was cleaner then this year. We did some cleaning and then let the fun begin. We are patiently awaiting our deposit. We are already talking about next years adventure.

Good time on the river for a week with family and friends. Boatels were very accommodating and helpful. Although the boat was a bit older, dont let that deter you. Remember, you are on the river...not staying at 4 star luxury resort. 1. Download the app Navionics...great resource for charting your course down the river. 2. Be prepared to be swamped by other large boats. We had an incident where we hit some big wakes and water washed up and over the front of the pontoon and through the remainder of the boat. If that happens, dont worry, the houseboat will not sink.

This was a perfect family getaway. We found a private beach and just became river rats for four days. Jeremy was great at helping us prepare and plan. The boat was a bit worn but performed well and all the systems were functioning. I would do it again. Thanks Boatel!

I made a reservation on line. Gave my credit card info for the deposit. I got an email a day later with a confirmation number and reservation pending approval. On the 4th day with no confirmation or phone call and the fact that we needed to put in for our vacation I got worried. I tried emailing and calling with no response. Did this company fold because of Covid19? It is almost a week now with no contact. I just want a vacation!

Houseboat - Mississippi Pearl

This was our first time on a houseboat and were hoping we would have a good family experience. We had a great weekend! Jeremy was super helpful and always available when we had questions or needed help. The boat had everything we needed for a fun trip with kids! I would definitely recommend giving a houseboat vacation a try!

Their employee James was on time for a morning launch, friendly and the pontoon was fueled and ready to go. He explained it's workings and what to watch out for. The boat performed fine, they were courteous when we returned and I feel the gas charge was fair. Overall it was a good experience on a beautiful day. Meanwhile, I need to check to see if I've received back my deposit. I would do it again.

It was our 1st time on a house boat, and I'm going to honest when I say we were advised against renting from Boatels. Due to the fact that we own a small business of our own, we decided to take the chance and to draw our own conclusions to follow. Overall...I'd categorize it as a "fun experience". Scale of 1-10...a 5. For our 1st time, and nothing to compare it to, I'll add the fact that we don't regret doing it at all. Jeremy (facilitator/captain) was a nice guy, and was there for every question and/or concern we had along the way. For that...I did compensate him with a tip a the end of the trip. With that said, I'm also going to be honest when I say that I was disappointed the boat didn't seem to be maintained/wasn't cleaner. At roughly $330/day, I guess I expected more. However, I didn't let it bother me or ruin our adventure :) I spent 2 hours on DAY1 cleaning it. BTW...also disappointed there were paper towels but no cleaning supplies on the boat either. Fortunately... I was prepared and had brought my own/more than we needed for anything unexpected. The only other thing I'm a bit miffed about is that we've been back for 2 weeks, and have NOT received our $500 deposit back when we were specifically told it would be returned within 7-10 days. There you have it. Not bad...not good...but an overall "fun time". Thanks Jeremy!
