Terms & Conditions
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
For Suite Reservations:
This deposit is fully refundable if you need to cancel before 30 days of the start of your reservation. Up to 15 days we will refund 50% of the deposit. The balance of the charges is due 7 days before your stay. Should we be able to rent your reserved suite to other parties, all deposits will be refunded.
For Boat/PWC reservations:
This deposit is fully refundable if you need to cancel before 15 days of the start of your reservation. Up to 7 days we will refund 50% of the deposit. The balance of the charges is due 3 days before your stay. Should we be able to rent your reserved boat/PWC to other parties, all deposits will be refunded.
In the event of unsafe weather conditions at the time of rental, we will issue a rain check, valid for 1 year, pending availability.
