PLEASE NOTE: You must agree to CAW's cancelation policy to guarantee your reservation.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
A Damage Deposit of $500 will be authorized on your credit card at check-in for each unit rented. This is held as a security deposit and will be released after your stay, typically within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your credit card company's policies.
CHECK-IN & OUT:
- Check-in after 3 PM
- Check-out by 11 AM
PARK PASSES:
All overnight guests are required to pay the standard riding fees upon entry to the Park. Park passes are sold separately and can be purchased in advance on our website at www.carolinaadventureworld.com
NO SMOKING POLICY:
ALL cabins at Carolina Adventure World are smoke-free. A cleaning fee of $150.00 may be charged if smoking occurs inside the cabins.
CANCELATION POLICY:
Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid being charged the full rental amount. Reservations made for weekends containing Special Events, Night Rides, or Holidays must be canceled at least 30 days in advance to avoid being charged in full. Please note, there is a 10% processing fee for all cancellations. To cancel your reservation, please call our Welcome Center.
