Located on Lake St. Clair these loft's have all the amenities for the avid fisherman:
Boat dockage including electric and water, trailer storage, security gate with pinpad, Bait/Tackle store with live bait and all lures needed, beer / wine, weather and fishing reports.
The Upper loft sleeps 6 and has a full kitchen. 2 bedrooms with 2 full and 3 twin beds. Full bath with shower.. Living rm with 2 couches 1 pullout, 50" tv, cable, wifi internet. All linens. Deck w/BBQ. We receive comments like " this is nicer than our house!".
The Lower loft sleeps 4 and has a full kitchen. 1 bedroom with1 full and twin bed. Bath w/shower. Living rm with 1 pullout couch and 1 queen size Murphy bed, 40" tv, cable, wifi internet. All linens. Outdoor BBQ.
The Store loft sleeps 4 and has a full kitchen.Open floor layout with1 queen,1 full bed. Bath w/shower. Living Rm with 1 pullout couch and 1 twin size Murphy bed, 50" tv, cable, wifi internet. All linens.

Lake St.Clair is known as one of the top, if not the Best lake for smallmouth bass and musky in the country.

Boat well is located at marina (Anglers Point).

30/50 amp service, water, parking. This price includes boat parking.

Terms & Conditions

Must be 21 yrs old-NO SMOKING IN BUILDING, NO PETS, STUFF LEFT BEHIND-DON'T HOLD US RESPONSIBLE.
50% Deposit IS DUE in7 days from making the reservation OR CANCELED.
Credit card is taken at check in. If you leave early please don't expect us to give you your money back, we have turned people away that could have taken your spot.
Cancellation-Prior to 30 day receive full deposit less $150.00-for Booking FEE'S. Cancellation 30 days or less receive NO REFUND, due to turning other's away.
Checking in, come to front office payment is due, and if rules are not followed we charge your credit card.
Check-out 10AM Check In 1PM.
*Additional charges for more than one boat and more than max people per room. Whether boat is in a well or on land there is a CHARGE.
