Directions

Pick up keys outside of our office at 1900 Airport Road, Building C, Unit 1-A. The Box is outside the door. Pick out the envelope with your name on it.
To get to the Book by Owner office from I-70 take the CO-9 S exit 203, toward Frisco/Breckenridge, Enter the roundabout and take the 4th exit onto CO-9/Highway 9, Stay straight to go onto CO-9/Highway 9. Continue to follow CO-9 for about 8 miles. Turn right onto Coyne Valley Rd. Go .3 miles to the last left onto Airport Rd. Go ½ mile and we are in the gray Building across the road from Breckenridge Distillery. Use the ramp that goes up to the parking lot not the down ramp.

There is a lock box by the North door. In the lock box, there should be a packet with a Book By Owner label and your name on it. Your keys will be in the packet. It will be there by 4:00 PM on the date of your arrival. If not call 800-719-8201.
From our office continue to your vacation home at 290 Broken Lance Drive, Building B, Unit 301.
Turn left onto Airport Rd., Turn right onto Park Avenue and take the slight right to get on CO-HWY 9. Turn Right onto Broken Lance Drive at the stop sign turn left go about .2 miles and Wood Manor will be on your left. The unit you will be in is Building B, Unit 301
