All Rates Confirmations are subject to audit after order completion; to include actual tolls, parking fees, additional. stops and time allotted, etc. Hourly jobs are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for; then in 1/4 hr (1 hr for Limos) increments thereafter. Direct Transfer (Point to Point & Airport Departures) orders have a 10 minute Grace Period at pick-up (excl. Airport Arrivals). If you exceed the grace period, you will be charged in 15 minute increments equal to the Vehicle Hourly Rate. Clients and/or members of their party are responsible for any damage and/or cleaning fees that may be incurred during the use of the vehicle, including, but not limited to, spilled liquids ($100), cigarette burns ($500), vomit ($300), broken glassware ($50), upholstery tears/punctures($1000) and exterior damage ($1000-2000) (e.g. opening door into object). Sudbury Airport Limo/Elite Town Car and its Affiliates are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items left in the vehicle. There will be 50% charge if the cancellation occurs before 24 hours. There will be 100% charge if the cancellation occurs less then 24 hours.For Airport arrivals we monitor flight arrival status. We allow 30 min. from the flight arrival time for Clients to exit and call for the Limo. In the event that you encounter any delay within the Airport such as: being held up at customs, lost luggage etc., or you have trouble locating your vehicle, it is necessary to call SUSBURY LIMOUSINE at 705-919-3500 and advise the dispatcher. Please do not leave the airport because you will be charged for the trip. If after 45 min from the time the flight lands and we have not heard from a client then you are considered to be “NO SHOW“.For Pre-arranged pick-ups please proceed to Pre-arranged Limousine Area on the Arrivals Level and Check in with the Airport Commissionaire and inform them that you have a car reserved with SUDBURY LIMOUSINE.
With agreeing to utilize the service from SUDBURY AIRPORT LIMO you expressly authorize your credit card to be charged in accordance with our rates, policies & terms.
