Cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance in order to
receive a full refund. Rain checks and credits will be issued to those who are
unable to cancel within the 48 hour period.
Equipment returned late will be assessed a full day’s rental rate.
Customer will be required to inspect equipment prior to renting and will need to sign a rental agreement form.
Please expect a 15-30min process depending on type of equipment.
Pick-ups are usually done per customer request, between 1300-1700, and it must be returned by noon the following day.
Deposits are required for both the Bounce Houses and Rv's, and will be returned within 48hrs of returning the rentals.
