All overnight guest are required to pay the standard 'Riding Fees" upon entry to the Park. See website for additional details.

Reservation must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival or full rental will be charged. During Special Events, Night Rides, or Holidays, reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival or full rental will be charged and additional penalties may apply. There is a 10% processing/handling fee for all cancellations. Cancellations must be processed by calling the Welcome Center.

Please note unit may not be available for check-in until 3:00 pm

CAW Gates close at 11:00 pm. No Park entry after 11:00 pm
