Drivers and renters must be 25 years or older. The Commander Max XT 1000R seats up to 4 people. YOUR RENTAL RESERVATION:All rentals require a valid driver's license and a damage deposit on a credit card upon arrival. Your rental includes a helmet, GPS navigation, a trail map, and one tank of gas. Protective eyewear is required but is not provided. Additional safety gear and riding accessories are available for purchase in our Welcome Center. SXS rentals are not permitted to be driven after 4 PM regardless of Night Ride events. In addition, rentals cannot be driven on Black Diamond Trails, mud bogs, the drag strip, race tracks, through undesignated creek crossings, OR SUBMERGED.All passengers must be tall enough to always be properly seated with their back against the backrest with their seatbelt fastened, holding the handhold, and feet firmly planted. DAMAGE DEPOSIT:Each SXS rental requires a damage deposit (authorization) of $2,500 on a credit card at the time of pick up. One damage deposit per rental vehicle. Debit cards are not accepted. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 5-7 business days for your hold to be released. CANCELATION POLICY: Rental reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to arrival in order to receive a refund. Rental reservations made on a weekend containing a holiday, CAW-sanctioned special events, or night rides must be canceled 30 days prior, or a full rental fee will be charged. Please note there is a 10% processing fee for all cancellations. Changes and cancelations can only be processed by calling our Welcome Center.PLEASE NOTE: Park Passes are not included in your SXS rental and must be purchased separately.
