This option is for the rental of a Segway i2 for use at Burning Man 2016. The price is a flat rate of $1,152 from pick up to drop off regardless of number of days used within the allowed rental period. Pickup begins Sat Aug 27th and ends Wed Sep 7th. Machines must be picked up and dropped off in Santa Monica. There is NO DELIVERY TO BURNING MAN offered. Price includes extensive cleaning and restoration afterwards. A separate credit card authorization in the amount of $5,200 will be required prior to rental and will be posted as a charge if the machine is not returned by the due date.
A NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit will be collected upon reservation to guarantee your spot. The remaining 50% will be charged the week of August 8, 2016. If you make your reservation on or after August 8, 2016, payment will be due in full at time of booking. A separate authorization will be required in the amount of $5,200 to guarantee payment for the machine in the case that it is not returned by the due date.
