A Damage Deposit of $500 will be posted to a credit card only at check in time for each unit rented. This is used as a Damage Deposit and is required as a credit card hold during rental period. Depending on Credit Card Company, could take 3 to 5 days to release hold. All overnight guests are required to pay the standard riding fees upon entry to the Park. See website for additional details.
ALL CABINS AT CAROLINA ADVENTURE WORLD ARE "SMOKE FREE". A clean-up fee of $150.00 could be charged if smoking in cabins.
Reservation must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival or full rental amount will be charged. During Special Events, Holidays and Night Ride weekends, reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival or full rental amount will be charged and additional penalties may apply. There is a 10% processing/handling fee for all cancellations. Cancellations must be processed by calling the Welcome Center.
Please note unit may not be available for check-in until 3:00 pm.
CAW Gates close at 11:00 pm. No Park entry after 11:00 pm
