To receive this discounted rate a minimum 7 month lease will be required. Terms less than 7 months will be adjusted to the appropriate monthly or short term seasonal rate.

A $50.00 - $150.00 Electric Deposit will be required at check in as well (cash or check only). This will be based on historic average electric use based on camper size and number of occupants.
CANCELLATION POLICY -
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to scheduled arrival will receive a refund less a $150.00 cancellation/processing fee.
Cancellations of monthly and seasonal reservations, made less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival will result in camper being responsible to pay 50% of the total reservation amount.
