Large quantities of compost (one cubic yard or more) are available for purchase by Residential and Non-Residential Customers. Customers must have an appointment to purchase compost which will be loaded by the cubic yard at the Agency's Landfill located at 101 Airborne Road, Dubuque, IA 52003.
The fee for loaded compost is $17.50 per cubic yard (2-yard minimum charge).
