NO PET POLICY: Tepee and Tepee area
No Guest PET or policy STRICTLY enforced due to fleas and ticks as well as animal hair that guests could be allergic to. The Tepee is made from authentic canvas material and is easily soiled and stained. To prevent PETS from marking their territory the Tepee area prohibits any animals. If a PET of any kind is found to have been in or around the Tepee an additional cleaning fee of $200 with be deducted from your deposit.
Our teepee is not handicap accessible.
If you are planning to bring any pets, please make other accommodations, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled at Check In (No Refunds). We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We at IVOR and all future guests thank you for your understanding.

Toy Hauler Trailers Fee: Boats, ATV's, Off Road Vehicles etc. $5.00 each

RESERVATION CHANGE or CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Changes in your reservation made more than 21days before the check-in date will have a $100.00 Change Fee charge against your Reservation Deposit
