Bedroom 3: two twin beds
The sofa in the living room is a pull out bed. Smart TV in living room and each bedroom (no cable TV). Central heat/air. Full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and all basic cooking utensils. Washer and dryer located inside. Pets are allowed in the back fenced yard ONLY and pet fee is extra $100 per pet. Full deposit will be kept if a pet is found inside the cabin.
Booking Requirements:
- Must be 25 years old to rent or accompanied by an adult
- 2 night minimum ($500 deposit to book)
- Full payment is required at check in
Holidays:
- 3 night minimum
- Must be paid in full prior to reservation date
Additional fees:
- Cleaning Fee: $125
- Booking/ Processing Fee: 4% of total booking amount
