The Feder Point sleeps 5-6 people with a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 full size bunks, and a couch that pulls out into a full size bed. Amenities: coffee pot, stocked kitchen, fire pit, barbeque pit, outdoor table with chairs and propane tank and burner for frying or boiling. (Firewood and charcoal are not provided) Includes sheets, towels, coffee pot and a stocked kitchen.

PET FEES - The non-refundable pet fee is $25 per pet. This fee is designed to cover additional cleaning and maintenance associated with accommodating pets and will be collected at time of check in.
A cancellation fee of 25% of the total rental fee will be charged if the reservation is cancelled within 10 days of the booking date.
