Book Seasonal RV site (3 Mos-90 Day Minimum)

Rate is per month. Camper pays electric.

An electric deposit of $50.00 -$150.00 must be paid at check in (cash or check only).
Final electric bill will be presented upon check out and appropriate adjustments made.

CANCELLATION POLICY - For 30 day or longer reservations: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to scheduled arrival will receive a refund less a $150.00 cancellation/processing fee.

Cancellations of monthly including seasonal reservations, made less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in camper being responsible to pay 50% of the total reservation amount.

SPECIAL NOTE: NO REFUNDS ISSUED FOR RESERVATIONS MADE FOR HOLIDAYS, SPECIAL EVENTS, FAIRS OR FESTIVALS. NO EXCEPTIONS, NO EXCUSES - SORRY.
