Cancellation Policy: 48hr cancellation policy for all RV Park Reservations. Failure to give a 48hr cancellation will result in a non-refund of your fees. Cancellations prior to 48hrs will result in a full refund minus $10 cancellation fee.Refunds will be processed as a credit placed back on the credit card used for the on-line reservation. This is possible if the reservation cancellation is conducted within two weeks of the date the reservation was made. Otherwise, Refunds will be sent to the address you provided at time of reservation. This process can take up to three weeks and the check will be from the Town of Carbondale.
