The driver of the go float must possess a boater's safety license if the driver was born on or after January 1st, 1989. To obtain a license, please copy the following website address into your browser: https://www.boat-ed.com/wisconsinrental/The go floats can only be used on Lake Monona.A couple quick things for you to remember as you prepare for your day of fun. Snacks and drinks are welcomed but please remember that alcohol is not allowed on the Go Float. Also, please try to avoid anything that could stain the boat. There is a sunshade but you may want to bring a hat and plenty of sunscreen as well. Please dress for the weather (wind, rain, temperature) and bring plenty of water.You will be responsible for any damage that occurs while using the Go Float. We will charge a $100 security deposit to your credit card before you go out, and pending no damages, we will return it once the Go Float is back safe & sound. We do understand that life has a way of changing, both for you and for us. Because of this, Brittingham Boats reserves the right to cancel reservations due to inclement weather, equipment concerns, or any other unforeseen issue. In this situation, Brittingham Boats will provide the option to re-book your reservation at no cost to you –or– we will provide a 100% refund.
