CANCELLATION POLICY
1. We go rain or shine. With lightning, we'll wait til it passes then go out. Sr. Captain makes the call. If client leaves and doesn't return that day, the rental and monies are forfeited.
2. No refunds out 2-weeks prior to the event.
3. 50% Refund from 2 weeks and a 1 day to 3 weeks prior to the event.
4. Full refund over 3 weeks and 1 day or more remaining.
