Guided Ammonoosuc River Float Trip

Overview

If you are looking for a long, beautiful stretch of water to run this summer, the Ammonoosuc River trip is the one for you! Family friendly and scenic, this trip has small groups limited to 12 people, and runs weekdays Monday through Thursday daily at 10 am. This stretch of the river is part of the historic Northern Forest Canoe Trail, and it is easy to see what makes it so special. Gorgeous sand bars along the way make this the perfect trip to stop and swim and take in the scenery.

Plan on spending most of your day with us for a 4-5 hour long ride down the river starting in West Milan, NH and ends near the historic and most photographed covered bridge in Stark, which is undergoing a restoration and rebuilding this summer.

Also included in this guided trip is a wonderful lunch provided by Mahoosuc Outdoors. Enjoy a buffet style picnic lunch of grilled chicken salad on your choice of wrap, with fresh garden salad, homemade potato salad, chocolate chip cookies and lemonade to fuel your adventure.

Make your reservations today for this new rafting experience! We offer guided and unguided trips, with the guided trip including a knowledgeable guide and a hearty lunch.
