Sleeps 2 adults and has one futon fold down couch for 2 small children. Located right near where all the action is; near the beach and restaurant. If you want peace and quiet on the weekends, this is not for you. Fifth wheel trailer, 32 feet with one bedroom in the front, futon couch and kitchen table. No pets, no smoking. Oven and burners in kitchen are disabled. Outdoor bbq with burner for cooking. Disposable plates, glasses, cutlery provided, pot and pans for cooking provided.
