South Sayres Group Site is perfect for small family or friend gatherings. Suitable for 4 medium size trailers. This site is reservations only.
There are NO REFUNDS on Group Site reservations. Be sure to check your dates prior to booking. Reservations are non-transferable and cannot be resold or "given to another party. Please review the Reservation Policy prior to booking.
This site is gated. Gate key must be picked up from the Host at Rock Creek Recreation Site. Gates must be kept locked during your stay and the key must be returned back to the Host at Rock Creek Recreation Site. If the key is not returned, future bookings will not be available to you.
Maximum occupancy is 24 people, including kids and visitors. This includes the first 6 vehicles, additional vehicles are required to pay $18 per night, cash only to the camp host.
It is recommended you go take a look first if you are planning to bring in a trailer, so you can check out the group site and the suitability of your vehicle for the road.
Grad parties, Raves and Festivals are NOT permitted and will result in an immediate eviction with no refund.
Commercial or Competitive use requires permission from RSTBC.
The South Sayres Group site key must be picked up from the Host at the Rock Creek Recreation site and returned upon departure. Your reservation includes the first 6 vehicles. All others are require to pay $18 cash only on site. Reservations will be held up until 10:00 pm of the date of arrival. Please carefully review your reservations before booking as changes cannot be made. Fees are 100% payable upon booking, and subject to the cancellation policy. Organized sporting/competitive/group events require proper insurance coverage and must be pre-approved. Grad parties, Raves or Festivals are NOT permitted.
