Cancellation Policy:
There are no refunds for cancellations that occur on Spring Break, Fall Break, holidays and special events


For other rental dates, a cancellation fee of $100.00 will be deducted from all money paid if cancellation is at least 10 business days prior to arrival.
Cancellations within 10 business days of arrival date will receive NO REFUND.
"NO-SHOWS" will receive NO REFUND.
Returned checks will be charged a $25 fee.

Thirty (30) days prior to your arrival, the full balance will be due.
