Credit card information is collected initially for the purpose of holding your seat/s in order to prevent attendance negligence. This policy protects the interests of the tour operator and other guests attending the tour.

Your deposit payment will be processed automatically the day before your tour using the credit on file. If you wish to use a different card, please phone the office to request a payment link, which you can also share with other members on your reservation, so each person can pay their deposit separately if required. Or you can also phone us anytime from 9:00am to 9:00pm PST (Vegas time) to process your deposit by phone.

You will be receiving instructions by text and email with hotel pickup instructions sometime between 3pm to 5pm the day before your tour. If it's past 5pm and you haven't received your instructions, please phone the office at 1 (702) 608-8791.

Your remaining balance (minus the deposit) is paid directly to the tour guide on the day of your tour. Payment options are credit card, debit or cash. The tour guides have wireless card swiping devices so you can present your card in person or pay in cash.

Any cancellation requests must be made minimum 48 hours prior to the tour date in order to be eligible for any refund. Please note that there will be an administration fee of $25 per person to cover fees from the booking software company..

Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are not entitled to any refund on deposit payments .

Any no-shows, without a reason, or failure to communicate, are subject to the total tour cost.
