About The Peacock Inn at Catawba Farms

Start your Sunday with a mindful meditative yoga class that includes sun salutations. This class is held outdoors in either the screened picnic area or on the adjacent grassy lea. The class begins with a traditional standing sun salutation series and moves through postures that strengthen the body, improve balance, and increase stamina. The class ends with deep stretches to lengthen muscles and a short spiritually-influenced calming meditation. 60 minutes. Class size is limited to 12 students.
