This parking facility was very easy to find. The place was very well organized. The drivers were safe and courteous. It couldn't have been easier for the drop off at the ship and at the end of our cruise the van was there waiting for us. It saves you money and the hassle of parking at the port. I would definitely use this company again.

We've parked here many times before, the service is always outstanding. We've cruised on Royal, Carnival, and MSC. From the time you drive into the gate, till you drive out after your cruise, the service has always been excellent! Never had to wait too long for a shuttle (either way), last cruise on MSC the shuttle was there already when we walked off the ship at 7:15, we got right on and were on our way home by 8:15. Reasonably priced too. We definitely will be back!!!!!

I use many off-site cruise parking & PNC is the best so far! It's close to the cruise port & just off the freeway; It's valet parking so you don't need worry about to find a parking spot; One shuttle only goes to one cruise ship to save our time on the way even it's a short ride; All staffs are friendly and professional; Return is very smooth too! The shuttle stops near the vehicles & little effect to carry the luggage to the car. In summary, it's not only in good value but also it's even better than on-site parking!

Reasonable price. Parking with fencing and gate. Next time we needed them, prices went sky high. That is unfortunate, looking for other options.

We highly recommend parking with PNC. There parking area was very easy to find. The staff was very friendly, informative and checked several times that everyone had what they needed before departing to and from the terminal. Very short waiting to get to the terminal and back...and you don't have to deal with any of the terminal traffic. The pick you up and drop you off right at your terminal with all luggage transfer done right there. We will use them every time we cruise. Highly recommended. Thank you PNC for a seamless experience.

Great price and great location. Getting to and from the port was quick. Nothing better than getting off your cruise and the shuttle is there waiting for you. The staff was courteous and helpful.

Convenient, affordable, very nice employees. My suggestion would be to have 2 employees load up the luggage in the bus instead of just the driver. Our driver had his hands full with heavy bags and large crowds of people. There were able bodied younger men not doing much in the parking lot while this was going on. They could have been put to better use packing the buses and getting the cruisers on their way. Took a lot of time for our driver to load up all the bags and it was extremely hot! On this day, Aug. 11th, there were more people than buses adding to a longer wait in the lot. Better organization for who gets on the bus first is needed.. There were line crashers that arrived later but boarded first. Maybe issuing numbers when they check in on site so it is more orderly getting on a bus would help.

This was the first time using this service in Port Canaveral. The lot was easy to find, the staff was courteous and efficient. Parking was organized and safe and my experience was great! The lot is secure and safe. I will definitely use them again for my next cruise.

Smooth Sailing

PNC was recommended in various FB groups. We used them for our latest cruise. Getting into the facility was quick and easy. The guys came and gave us instructions. I had some questions about putting up my sun visor while parked. They were very helpful and willing to put it up for us after parking the car. The shuttle bus driver gave us tips to get off the ship quicker. Our car was ready to go when we got there. They were all quick and efficient with our luggage both arriving and departing! We will use them for every cruise out of Port Canaveral.

PNC is an inexpensive way to park for a cruise from Port Canaveral. It was easy to reserve and a lot less expensive compared to parking at the port. Access is easy off the highway and they valet park your car. The car is not in a garage; it is in a gravel lot. Check-in is fast, and the shuttle is comfortable and short. Bags are handled well and travel with you to the port. You're dropped off right at the embarkation entrance. The pickup point is easy to find, and they are waiting on you to shuttle you back. Car is ready to go upon return. Note that the keys were on the windshield wiper when we arrived at the vehicle. I'm not sure how secure everything was, but it worked well.

MSC had embarkation and disembarkation issues PNC stepped up by adjusting their schedule to accommodate. The people at PNC were all above average in the service they provided. If I ever sail out of Port Canaveral again I will park at PNC.

(1) 7 days were very good. Every sailing date was unique and very interesting. (2) Cabin (from Risky) and dining(from Nova) services were great. (3) suggestions: o Your budget permitting, how about adding various countries (exotic) traditional folk performances to the night show. e.g. Korea, Japan and China and polynesian countries. o If you need more information about Korean, Japan and Chinese folk and traditional performances, let me know. I will be more than happy to provide some information. o Every cruisers will like and enjoy to watch those exotic performances. They can experience those countries' cultural performances on the sea without visiting those countries in person. o This means "Kill two birds with one stone." "Save money." "Take MSC Cruise , see the world ." o I think those countries have many exotic and interesting traditional performances which are very awesome and attract many cruisers. o I have more ideas which will make MSC Cruises more attractable and differentiate from other Cruises...

They were professional from the reservation to the return from Port. Shuttle was clean. Staff was friendly. This is the second time we have used this lot. We felt as ease while cruising. We were promptly greeted when we returned. We feel comfortable using PNC again in the future.
