Tenant understands that circumstances may dictate that we change you to an alternate apartment, room or home. All units are no pets and non smoking. Cleaning fee of $250 will apply if there is smoking inside any unit. Tenant understands that all properties are privately owned, furnished and equipped and inventoried. Tenant shall not disturb, endanger or inconvenience any neighbors nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful purpose, may not violate any law or ordinance nor create any nuisance. Tenant shall keep the premises clean and in good condition and shall pay for any repairs caused by negligence or misuse including that of guests or co-tenants. If complaints persist, tenant will be required to leave and lose all rights to monies received by Options Property Management Elizabeth Place. Cancellation policy: Up to 60 days 50% will be charged if cancelled, modified. If cancelled, modified or in case of late show NO REFUND. Cleaning fee is not refundable. Keys, gate cards and remotes not returned will be subject to the following charges: Room/Apartments keys, $25/key, $50 House, $15 remotes. .
