We stayed there with our friends from Montana. It was a great place to unwind and enjoy the beauty that Montana offers. The food and drinks at the restaurant across the street were great. We even played BINGO !!! The liquor price go back to the 60's. Breakfast for $7.00 WHAT!!! I want to go back.

We had an Awesome stay for a week. Park was clean. We had a pull thru by the Entrance by the Camps hosts. They were excellent hosts and take pride at their jobs. This park has decent amenities couple of restrooms with showers and laundry. We didn't use them but the looked very decent. There's ice and firewood available. There's also a lake behind the park with fish and also riding trails nearby with an incredible loop trail up around the big McGregor lake probably 40+ miles with beautiful views of so many Mountains. Definitely would return here again... D&N

Nice R.V park. Large pull throughs are very nice but the rest of the back in sites are a little too "cozy" with your neighbors. We lucked out having an end site so only a neighbor on one side. Reason for the 4 star is related to the bathroom. Yes, it was cleaned and well maintained. However, it was too small with only one toilet (men's). Handicap shower was well spaced which is what was being used, handicap or not as the other shower is not desirable. It appears the secondary shower was converted from a toilet stall and is very cramped. There is no room to dress and undress in there and all of your belongings have to be left outside in the general use space which is where you dress/undress. Also, while you are taking a shower in that stall this would make it very easy for an unscrupulousness person to help themselves to your car keys or other belongings. Only remedy would most likely be to increase the size of the shower building. Also, owner allows and almost cultivates noxious weeds on property by mowing around them. Mullen are not ornamental flowers folks!
Nice RV park.

Quick overnight stay on our way To Glacier NP. Sites were large and easy to access. Facilities were clean and well kept up. Enjoyed a short hike to little McGregor lake behind the park. Beautiful sunset views of the lake and teees across the way. Thanks again. The Richters.

No WiFi
Review by Leslie H on 7/27/25, 8:25 AM
When I checked in I was told the WiFi may be spotty at site 19 but it should work. I asked if we could change sites because we wanted WiFi, the host told me no because they were sold out. The host said the trees had grown up so the WiFi in the sites in the back did not get reception. We did not have cell reception and could not watch tv. Trim the trees or buy some repeaters. The large sign in front of the campground represents the sites have WiFi.

We have stayed here several times over the years. This place is always clean, and well maintained. There are bike trails that circle the campground. And we appreciate the paved roads, not gravel. Really a nice place to stay. 30 minutes to Kalispell and we walk across hwy 2 for dinner at the lodge. (Great food)

We stayed only one night. What we noticed was the campers that were staying there for a longer period of time were very friendly. The staff was over-the-top helpful and friendly. The campgrounds itself were tidy and lovely, surrounded by wooded area. We enjoyed cycling the path around the campground.. Highly recommended!

Friendly hosts. Clean, well maintained, easy access. Make sure you turn into the entrance right across the road from the lodge. The lodge is fun and worth checking out. Would definitely go back to the park and/or the lodge.

Nice RV park with paved roads and large gravel sites that are mostly level but little shade. Bathrooms are clean and recently updated but small. Many long term tenants. There is no access to McGregor Lake without driving about 2 miles. You can walk to Little McGregor Lake thru a state campground. Beautiful grassy areas but signs say to âÃÂÃÂkeep offâÃÂÃÂ. Nice short walking trail along outside perimeter of the RV park. Lodge across the highway serves good pub food and has a nice view of the lake.

This was our first visit to this park, and we loved it! Very neat and clean, great managers. The walking trails around the park were great for the dogs, and us. It is quiet and just a beautiful spot. The only improvement that would be great is a fenced off leash dog park. We would definitely stay again.

Our 5-night stay at McGregor Lakes was wonderful! I really like this place because it was very nice and quiet. The enjoyable walking trails were so close to nature. All the McGregor team members were all hard-working in maintaining a clean and safe environment inside and out! Pamela (host) was very hospitable and friendly in meeting our needs. Overall, we would definitely stay at McGregor Lakes again!

Great campground right off the highway. Easy to find, close to Glacier Park and Flathead Lake and very reasonable price. The campground is clean and well maintained. There are many activities close by including swimming, bike trails, beautiful scenery and Glacier Park is close by.

Great place ! Quiet, clean as a pin, paved roads and nice trails and forest service road to walk on, priced affordable, and most of all the Best Camp Hosts ! They are friendly, helpful, and make you feel they are glad you came. I wish all R V Parks were run like this. I would make one suggestion that of changing your check in time to an earlier hour. For us local people the day is half gone at 3:00 pm.

McGregor Lakes RV is a great place to stay! Nice sized sites that fit big rigs! We have a 37' 5th wheel and a long bed truck and we fit beautifully. They keep the grounds very clean and so was the laundry room. Super nice camp hostess. The lodge across the street had great food and super nice people. Highly suggest the cinnamon roll! Only thing that was disappointing was that there's no place to walk to the lake and fish. But all and all we will definitely stay here again if we come back this way.

There is a group of us, normally 4-5 campers, that stay at McGregor Lakes RV every June. We love it there, especially the clean bathrooms and showers. The host this year and especially last year were exceptional, friendly, helpful and they made our experience even better. We''ll be back next year again and look forward to it.

Nice RV park, everything was clean and well kept. Spacious enough for any large rv. A swimming pool would be a nice upgrade. The lodge has great food and great views of the lake. Pamela was the perfect host/manger. Close to Kalispell, but not to close.

We have stayed here many times over the past 6 years. Our last stay was over this past Memorial Day Weekend. As usual it was a great stay! It did rain, but that's not the parks fault! We had spot 7, and we had friends in spots 8, 9, and 11. The spots are nice, gravel, and long pull thru 's. We really like it as it is friendly and quite! It is close to both McGregor Lake and Little Bitterroot Lake. I caught a couple of nice fish there this trip, including a large Rainbow trout! We usually camp there two or three times every year!
Great RV Park
Review by Frances on 9/24/23, 10:17 AM
We truly enjoyed our visit to McGregor. The pull thru space for our Class A was spacious and long so even with our toad, we had so much room. The staff was amazing (very nice lady but I forgot to ask her name). The restaurant across the street was very good but we were there late in the evening so only fried foods (not my thing). However, they did have live entertainment that was excellent. Access to Kalispell was important since we needed to restock before going to Glacier for a week. Highly RECOMMEND this park.

1st time camping in Montana. Somebody had recommended looking. I came across McGregor Lakes RV. I called a few weeks before our trip to see if #1 there was any availability and #2 to ask some specific questions. We decided to book for 3 nights. After having grand kids and company for most of the summer, my husband and I just wanted to go somewhere with the dog and chill out. It was very relaxing. The burn band was lifted the day that we came in , so we were able to enjoy a couple of evening fires. Campground was clean And we have no issues getting into our site. The bathrooms were spotless. We will definitely be back.

We stayed for 7 nights while skydiving at Lost Prairie and sight seeing in early August. The Camp facilities were new, we had an amazing view and the facilities were spotless. The camp hosts were fantastic and the location was perfect for getting to Drop Zone and sight seeing, extremely centrally located. Will definitely stay here again.

The reason for the 4 stars rather than 5 is that we had a site right near the entrance. I would pick a different site if there for more than our overnight. Get one into the campground a bit. Otherwise, bathrooms were spotless and the host couple was very nice.
Great Stay!

This was the perfect campground for the weekend (or longer if you choose). RV hookups, clean bathrooms, and conveniently close to the lakes.
We are glad you had a nice relaxing weekend! We are open until November 30th this year, the Fall is beautiful up here. We hope to see you soon!

This was the very first time we have stayed in an RV park. Our equipment is new and we are newbies at this. I was actually pleased and surprised that we could get reservations shortly before the Fourth of July. Pricing was very reasonable. We had a very enjoyable experience. The park is in a beautiful setting. The accommodations are very good and the park is quite clean. There are hiking areas around the park which is a plus. The only downside was the mosquitoes were bad this time of year. We found that the host and all fellow RVer's we talked with were extremely nice and friendly. We would highly recommend this park and hope to return in the future!
We are so pleased that you had a wonderful time, we hope to see you soon!

I can't say enough what a great place this is. Manager is the sweetest, very helpful. She called to make sure we were coming in. Was a very rainy day and we were coming from Glacier national park on our way back to Seattle. Needed a nights rest. Manager provided verification of driving directions. We had a camper van didn't need any of the hookups. But very pretty and quiet spot. Bathrooms were amazing; so clean and a wonderful shower.
We are glad you enjoyed your overnight, quite & relaxing stay. Thank you 🙂
