BEST BOAT EXPERIENCE!

The gentleman who helped us check in the boat and get our paperwork done were very friendly and knowledgeable of the boat. Our boat fit 12 people with lots of room! The lake was beautiful!! We canâÂÂt wait to return again.

Mr. William Jenkins was very polite, accommodating, and communication forward! He made sure we were all comfortable and got us to and from our destination safely! DonâÃÂÃÂt hesitate to book with him 12/10!!

Bill was an amazing driver! He took us out on the water smoothly and took us everywhere we wanted to go. He had no issue communicating with other boats in order for us to anchor with them. Awesome!

Luxury Boat Fun

Renting a pontoon from Luxury Boat Rentals was easy from beginning to end. I reserved online a few weeks before we planned to rent, all I had to do the day of was show up, sign some papers, and provide my ID and payment card. 10 minute easy check-in process! We requested a captain and were provided Tyler as our Captain! Tyler was great! He knew all the fun spots and made sure we saw and experienced all of the main sights on Lake Travis. Our boat was clean and well cared for. Also, after looking at several other websites looking for a boat rental I found this place and was significantly cheaper with a more flexible cancelation and refund policy. Needless to say, we were thoroughly satisfied with our rental. My only complaint is that there was no mention of having to pay for parking at the marina. Parking is an additional $15 per car. I was frustrated by this because it was an unexpected expense and the parking was on a sandy, rocky, rough terrain. But that would be my only complaint and recommendation... Let your renters know parking is an additional charge beforehand!

I have been a longtime renter from Luxury Boat Rentals the price and amazing customer service you will get makes it definitely the place to go. They are patient even for new captains and just want to make sure you have a fun and safe time out there. Never had any mechanical issues , everything seemed to always work , including the Bluetooth radio. Look forward to coming back again and again!

I accidently miscounted the number of people I had invited and realized I was going to have a full boat. The were so accomidating and with out asking they put us on a little bit bigger boat. It was totally unexpeceted and very sweet. We had a great time on the water and with the boat. This place is also cheaper than most and we could rent it for only 2 hours when most places make you rent for 3. Which was defenitley not long enough. I would highly recommend this place!!!

This is the worst place I have ever rented a boat from. They are arrogant, rude and impatient. They yelled at us on the phone and gave us incorrect address. The place is run down and we have to go through water to get to the mismanaged office where I had to redo all the paperwork that I had previously done online. They had so many rules, which boats to tube on, so we couldn't even tube on a pontoon. The boat was going at 7 miles an hour. Too slow. It was dirty with green carpet and filthy floaters. The Captain was late but he did a good job taking us round and helping the kids on the boat.

Avoid this Place

Avoid this place. I am a stupid repeat customer and only use them because they are the closest place to my home (still an hour away), but customer service is awful here. The employees are arrogant and the equipment is crap - no luxury here. As for safety, they are more interested in earning a buck and will send you out with thunderstorms looming on the radar, and claim that "the radar looks good....just fine". Anything to avoid refunding your reservation. I literally sent them the video of KXAN weather radar, and miraculously their radar was just fine (a current STILL shot was what they sent me...not a time lapse radar like what I sent them - that was over the time of my boat rental). If $200 bucks is that important to them, this business must be desperate - putting profit ahead of safety. Do yourself a favor and give another business an opportunity Very disappointing.

Luxury boat rentals treated us very very well. The boat was clean and in fantastic shape. They helped with all our gear and getting Grandma and our handicapped niece onboard. They were friendly and professional while making our boating experience on Lake Travis fun!! Their recommendations were spot on!! We had a great time!

Such a fun time on the jet skis and ski boat! We loved being able to have the extra tube for no charge and tubing when we were on the ski boat. Thanks to Mayo for helping us lug our ice chest, etc back up the ramp to our cars! Icing on the cake.

We had 5 on the boat. I was greeted by Lance and Max with smiles and laughter. We had a great time even signing initials. HaHa. The boat was in good shape, and the tube was a blast, even for the eldest. We had so much fun, we tried to add an hour, but they were booked. I KNOW WHY. Good times were had by all. Steve was great in explaining the boat to us and sadly, I did not get the two other helpers names, as they too, were helpful and congenial. All and all a good time was had by ALL. Thanks guys for caring, it showed in your character and with such charisma. IâÃÂÃÂd give this place a 10 and 5 stars Pricing was great as well.

Our boat driver David did an incredible job maintaining safety and allowing us to enjoy ourselves with no worries. There was a miscommunication with the boat we were on where the manager came with a terrible attitude. we were able to switch boats safely, but the best part about it was that David was able to maintain a good spirit and be present allowing us to to continue to have a great time. David showed how tough skin is necessary no matter what job you do, he really put us first and that made the difference. It's because of David that if in the area in the future I will continue to come back to Luxury boat Rentals. Awesome Time and God bless your company to serve others the way David did today.
