Please notify us of any changes or cancellations in your booking.

Reservations canceled within thirty (30) days prior to arrival date will be subject to charges for 10%.
Reservations canceled within seven (7) days prior to arrival date will be subject to charges for 20%.
To change or cancel a phone booked reservation, please notify us by email or fax

Cancellation for individuals

Cancelllation must be made in writing.
Cancellation is only valid if confirmed by the hotel
Cancellation must reach the hotel no later than 24 hours before booked arrival date.
If the cancellation is sent less than 24 hours before the arrival date, one night will be charged. The same applies
for no shows.
Cancellation for Groups (10 pax and more)

Cancellation of group bookings must reach the hotel no later than 8 weeks before the booked arrival date. If a
cancellation is sent with less than 8 weeks notice a cancellation fee will apply
*4 – 6 weeks prior to booked arrival date: 10% of total amount will be charged.
* 2 – 4 weeks prior to booked arrival date: 50% of total amount will be charged.
*2 weeks or less prior to booked arrival date: 80% of total amount will be charged.
*24 hours or less prior to booked arrival date: 100% of total amount will be charged.

Same rules apply for no show

The term Late Arrival refers to a situation where a hotel guest arrives late at the hotel and a hotel room is generally available for the guest, but is not guaranteed to be available. This situation differs from the “Guaranteed Late Arrival” in which a hotel and a guest (or hotel booking agent or website) makes a reservation that actually holds the room exclusively for the guest that is going to arrive late to the hotel. If the guest does not arrive at all the guaranteed reservation remains a firm rental contract and the guest’s credit card that was used to hold the reservation will be charged, either way, show or now show. A guaranteed late arrival is also referred to as a guaranteed hotel reservation or guaranteed late reservation.

When You Just Need a Late Room Booking

So it’s possible to book a late hotel or a late room without using a credit card to hold the room. Travelers that make last minute travel changes and need a different hotel room for the night or longer are ideal candidates for a Late Hotel, or a Late Room. However, this does not guarantee that the room will be available through the entire night into the next morning. If the traveler needs a guaranteed late room in the hotel it is necessary to commit to purchasing the room and securing it with a credit card.

Check out time is 12:00 extended to 13.00. Check out thereafter may result in a late departure fee or an additional night being
Guests shall comply with all rules, regulations and instructions at the hotel, including but not limited to security
procedures, health and safety procedures, registration requirements.
The hotel is entitled to refuse a guest entry or accommodation or to require a guest to leave the hotel if
unreasonable behaviour is displayed, be it threatening or abusive, causing disturbance to other guests or
otherwise unacceptable.
Pets are not allowed at the hotels
Any use of Drugs and other things that related to Narcotics are not allowed
