Casa Serena is the only home directly on the Beach in Hacienda Pinilla to offer this complete package of amenities and privacy. This newly completed luxury home has never before been offered for rent. The owner has put together a wonderful package of services to make this a unique vacation experience. You will be greeted at the airport upon your arrival with a private van for you and your guests. Chef Services have been provided for dinner two times during your stay and the house manager, Ismael, will cook breakfast for you and your guests each morning from a menu we will provide. Then on the day you leave the private van will return to take you back to the airport.
Concierge Services are also provided to assist with tours, rental car deliveries, grocery shopping services, dinner reservations, Beach Club access and golf tee-times.
No need to leave the property to workout or have a spa treatment. There is a fully equipped gym (a list of equipment available) with free weights and machines. There is a sauna and a special spa room for massages and facials. We will arrange for services in house from a list we will provide for you to choose from.
The villa is set above the beach so that while in the pool you can watch the waves crash on the white sand shore.
You and your guests will be able to choose to relax under the trellis in one of the many chaise lounges, or sit under the domed portico at the poolside dining set. Or sink into a bar chair on the shady porch to enjoy a movie or sporting event on the flat screen TV mounted above the bar in front of the outdoor kitchen, complete with gas BBQ grill & sink with bar counter.
The outdoor bar and kitchen leads into the main indoor living area through sliding glass doors. This Great Room with its cathedral ceilings features a large leather couch, another flat screen TV, the indoor dining area and the gourmet kitchen, which has every amenity, including a separate wine refrigerator.
There is a separate apartment located on the ground floor with a king bedroom suite with bathroom and small kitchenette.
For maximum privacy, the main Master bedroom is in a separate building next door, separated by an open air patio and reached by a covered walkway. Situated on the 2nd floor with a balcony for the best ocean views, this spectacular suite has a king bed, an ensuite bath with dual vanities and both a shower and a jetted soaking tub. Down the walkway are two more bedrooms, the gym and spa.
