With over 40 acres on the mighty St.Lawrence River, on the edge of Lancaster, Ontario, Canada, our campground is the ideal base of exploration for the many exciting natural treasures in Eastern Ontario.
Whether you want to ‘rough it’ in our backwoods tenting areas or have all the comforts of a spacious, riverfront electrical and water site , we have something for everyone.
We are only 45 minutes to Montreal and one hour to Ottawa, Canada's capital.
We have live tribute shows every weekend in our lakefront pub and patio.

Busy Beach Rental 223

Sleeps 2 adults and one small child only. Located right where the all the action is; near the beach, restaurant and pub. If you want peace and quiet on the weekends, this is not for you.


Rowhouse Cabin Studio

One large pine finished room equipped with a double bed, kitchen table for 2, bar fridge, microwave, 3 piece washrooms, and various cooking/eating utensils. Outside you have your own fire ring, picnic table, and bbq.


Rowhouse Cabin Suite #1

Rustic and charming with a small bedroom separate from the living area and kitchenette. Futon with bunk in the living room, double bed in the bedroom.


Rowhouse Cabin Suite #2

Woodsy and cozy with one double bed in separate room, bar fridge and 3 piece bathroom, campfire ring, picnic table and bbq.

Premium Waterview (30/20amp&W&S)

Sites 74, 75 & 76. Spacious treed sites with an unobstructed view of the lake. Full sewer and water hookup, 30amp AND 20amp outlet. 2 day minimum reservation for these sites. Easy back in sites.

Extra Large Site (30/50amp&W)

Sites 190 to 195, and 203 to 208. Very spacious tree lined sites with solid grass pads. Nice mix of sun and shade. These sites have a 30amp AND a 50amp outlet along with a water hookup.

Regular Site (30/20amp&W)

Sites 173 to 175, 178 to 184, 196 & 197. These sites have a 30amp AND a 20amp plug & water hookup. They are tree lined and sunny, standard sized but can accommodate a big rig.

Regular Site (30/50amp&W)

Sites 185 to 189, and 198 to 202. These sites have a 30amp AND a 50amp outlet & a water hookup. They are tree lined and sunny, standard sized but can accommodate a big rig.


Regular Site Section A (30/20amp&W)

Sites 156, 157, 158 (along the main road), 349 & 350 back near the tenting area. Electric and Water sites, with a 30amp and 20amp outlet. Nicely treed and spacious.

Tent/Dry Camp

Sites 209 to 222, 430 & 431. Spacious treed sites for the true camper. Large variety of sites to choose from, to completely shaded or full of sunshine, the choice is yours.

Lancaster Park Outdoor Resort Reservation Service Terms of Use

By making a reservation with Lancaster Park Outdoor Resort, you are agreeing to the following Policy/Terms of Use and of our Campground Regulations. Please read them carefully:

Times: All times quoted in this Policy/Terms of Use are Eastern Standard Time.

General Terms of Use:
1.Availability of the Reservation Service: The Lancaster Park Outdoor Resort Reservation Service is available to all campers by telephone
at 1-613-347-3452 Monday to Sunday between 9:00am and 8:30pm or on the website.
2.Reservations are based on availability.
3.Cancellations: Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days or longer before check-in time of the camper’s scheduled date of arrival will result in a full refund of all fees less a $25.00 cancellation penalty*** Except for long weekends.***Cancellations of long weekends reservations result in no refund.*** Cancellations made within 15 days of the check-in time of the camper’s scheduled date of arrival will result in no refund.
4.The total camping fees of your reservation is payable at the time your reservation is confirmed. Campers may make more than one reservation during one call or website session however the full camping fees are due for each reservation.
5.Check-in time is after 2pm; all occupants of the same site must check in at the same time. Check-out time is 12 noon.
6.No more than five people (a single-family group of 2 parents and 3 children under 18) can occupy a campsite. All occupants must arrive together at check in time.
7.Lancaster Park Outdoor Resort is independently owned and operated and you should read our Campground Regulations and policies prior to completing your reservation. They are posted on the website.
8.Camping fees: Fees paid at the time of reservation are for the campsite only and the stated number of campers and do not include charges for visitor entry or additional campers into the campground. All occupants of the same site must check-in together (at the same time). Guests visiting your campsite will be required to pay a Visitor Entry Fee. The fee for one vehicle is included in your campsite reservation and your vehicle must be parked in line with your trailer as to not to block the view of other campers. An extra vehicle may not be parked on your site but parked in the visitor parking section.
9. Changes: Fees are charged if you change a previously confirmed reservation. The fee for each change is $9.00 and is non-refundable. These fees are payable when you make a change to a confirmed reservation.
10. Campers making reservations must be 25 years of age or over. If a camper is under 25 years of age and makes a reservation it will not be honoured when they arrive at the campground, and all fees paid will be forfeited.
11.Reservations are non transferrable.
12.Reservations over the phone or online can be paid by Visa or MasterCard only.
13. A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed reservation.
14.Late Arrivals and No Shows:If you are unable to reach your destination by 9:00 pm on the day of your scheduled arrival but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact the campground office. The telephone number for the campground is 613 347 3452 and you may leave a message after hours. Camping fees will be payable on all nights’ reserved prior to the camper’s arrival at the campground.
15.Campers who have not arrived at the campground by 9:00am on the day following their scheduled arrival and who have not contacted the campground to inform us of their late arrival will be deemed a no-show. At that time, the camper must request a refund and will be charged the first three or five nights camping fees and 50% of the remainder of their reservation and their campsite will be made available to other campers.
16.Long weekends: Cancellations of long weekend reservations will result in the loss of the full three days. Long weekends are considered to be: Victoria Day (May); St.Jean Baptiste Weekend (June); Canada Day (June/July); August Civic (July/August); Labour Day (September); and Canadian Thanksgiving (October).
