Near by there is Kapiolani Tennis Courts, Diamond Head Hiking trails, Cinema Beach, and Bicycle and Moped Rentals.


Terms & Conditions

Room Rates:
Room rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) per room. Room rates do not include room service, restaurant meals, telephone calls, other guest services and incidentals, parking, taxes, or gratuities.

Room Capacity:
Maximum room capacity is four persons.

Taxes:
Room rates do not include 4.712% Hawaii State General Excise Tax and 9.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax. Taxes will be added to total charges. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increases will be passed on to the guest.

Payment Policy:
A reservation will be held as "Tentative" upon receipt of damage deposit and signed rental agreement. A reservation is guaranteed with a deposit payment of 50% and must be received no later than 60 days prior to arrival. Remaining balance due 14 days prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations cancelled with at least 60 days notice will be subject to a full refund of the deposit. For reservations cancelled with less than 60 days notice, the reservation deposit may be refundable at a pro-rated amount, subject to locating new tenants to occupy the facilities for the reserved dates at the same rate. Change and cancel policies for specials and promotional offers may vary. Please refer to the specific offer for details.

Damage Deposit:
A reservation deposit of $250 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. A reservation will be held as "Tentative " upon receipt of damage deposit and signed rental agreement. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, based on terms of the Rental Agreement.

Check-in 3 pm
Check-out 12 noon
Late check-out is subject to charge.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT - A damage deposit of $250 is required and received by check-in. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.

• No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
• Keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked.
• No linens are lost or damaged

CARE OF PROPERTY- Tenant is expected to care for the property as if it were their own. Tenant acknowledges that unless Owner is notified on day of check-in of any damage or cleaning concerns, then thereafter, all damages or concerns to the property during the occupancy will be Tenants responsibility and must be reported to owner and paid prior to departure.

NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE –While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.

All charges must be paid prior to check-in. Early departure does not warrant any refund.
