The Reservation Process
The reservation process is designed to be easy to navigate, both for your customers and for you.
There are two ways your business will get bookings: your customers can book from a booking calendar on your website or you can make reservations for your customers through the the backend using Frontdesk in the WebReserv system. The Booking Calendar

| ▪ | Choose the product, click Book |
| ▪ | Follow the steps to make the reservations |
| ▪ | Make payments |
| ▪ | Once they confirm their choices, an email confirmation is sent to you and the customer. |
Frontdesk
| ▪ | A customer calls and wants to make a reservation. |
| ▪ | You log in to your WebReserv account, go to Frontdesk - New Reservation |
| ▪ | Choose product and desired dates |
| ▪ | Check Availability to make sure product/dates are available |
| ▪ | Enter customer information |
| ▪ | Confirm reservation |
| ▪ | An email confirmation is sent to you and the customer |
