About RVG104A - 104A River Glen

Come enjoy this sunny ground level condo, just one block off of Frisco's Main Street, yet nestled in the trees on Ten Mile Creek. This is more of a second home that I would like to share than a rental. It is well appointed with many extras such as original art, furnishings and accessories that you would find in your home not a rental.

The unit is walking distance to bike trails, Lake Dillon and a short drive to six of Colorado's Ski Resorts. There is a free shuttle service that picks up on Main Street near the complex that services most of the resorts. Relax and swing in the hammock nestled among the pine trees or enjoy the shops, dining and four season's of outdoor activities.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a jetted tub, Flat Screen TV with DVD player, I-pod player, CD player and humidifier. You might be tempted to never leave. The second bedroom has a full lower bed and a twin upper bunk bed with TV /DVD player CD player and a humidifier.

The unique windows allows incredible light with privacy through the unit. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo.

The living room has two sofas (one is a queen sleeper) a rustic rocking chair, TV with surround sound, I have provided a WII that allows access to Netflix as well as some video games. There is an acoustic guitar for those who can play or are trying to learn.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, and every appliance you would need - from a quick snack to a fine dining experience. The living room, dining room, and kitchen have nice views of Ten Mile Creek and the relaxing sounds weave there magic through them.

This condo is the closest to the creek in the complex as well as the clubhouse, where a relaxing hot tub will greet you. There is also an exercise room with sauna as well as other amenities available to you.

Terms & Conditions

Payments & Deposit:
In order to hold your reservation, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental
fee, excluding taxes and the security / damage deposit. This rental payment must be
received within 10 days after booking in order to confirm your reservation. The
reservation will be cancelled if the payment is not received by the due date. The
remaining balance is due 20 days prior to your arrival which includes a SECURITY
/ DAMAGE DEPOSIT. Final payment includes a 10% lodging tax, rental balance
and security /deposit. Your security deposit will be refunded by check within one to
two weeks of your departure, providing the following provisions have been meet:
• There was no damage / loss to the house or its contents (beyond normal wear
and tear).
• All debris, garbage, etc. was placed in the outdoor dumpster.
• Dirty dishes were placed in dishwasher and dishwasher run.
• Unit was left in neat condition and EVERYTHING was returned to their
stored locations.
• All keys were left at the house per the owner's instructions.
• Renter is responsible for picking up after pets outside of the unit and their
behavior while in and around the unit. Any penalty passed on to the owner
by the association will be deducted from the security deposit.
• No reservations have been made by or for minors.
• We do not allow smokers in the rental party. Therefore NO SMOKING in
the condo or on the premises.
• The number of guests did not exceed the maximum capacity of 7.
• Please pick up after your pet (there are poop bags available by the
clubhouse)
• Renters are responsible for their pets and their noise. Please be considerate
of the neighbors.
• Any remaining balance has been paid.
Owners or their representatives at their sole discretion will verify the
above conditions.
Cancellations:
The rental payment will be refunded less $100.00 processing fee for cancellations ONLY if
the condo re-rents with no lost time OR revenue. If the condo is not re-rented, we will
NOT refund any payments made; however, we will make arrangements for use of the unit
at another time.
Damages:
The condo will be checked immediately after check out. Guests will be responsible
for all losses, damages, theft and excessive cleaning cost. Guests will be responsible
for legal fees and expenses incurred by the owner as a result of litigation to collect for damages above deposit amount.
