Terms and Condition:

* Present Valid ID upon Check-in.

* Check-in time is 2:00pm- Check-out time is 12:00 noon, Depending on room availability. We have the right to refuse any request or extended accommodation.

* Visitors are not allowed to enter the room after 10:00pm. Please register your guest at our front office. A charge of EXTRA person will be added to your billing statement.

* Full payment must be done during room check-in.

* We required 50% deposit upon reservation.

* One Senior card id valid in one room.

* Below 10 years old are free of charge . Dormitel reserves the right to require adults to show proof that their minor companion(s) is/are 10 below. We strictly limit (2) children in each room.

* All payments made are not refundable and non consumables should there be any cancellation of booking.

* Dormitel reserves the right to give necessary action in under any of the cases.

- When the guests refuses to conform with the Dormitel House Rules and Policies.
- Failure to pay upon demand of the remaining or outstanding account.
