The Watsu II is a large, round walk-in concrete pool that may hold up to 25 people. It is normally kept at a temperature of 102 degrees F but the guest may request a preferred temperature.
Private pools rent on the hour in increments of one hour. Guest may rent for one or more hours at a time. Off site guests may only rent private pools while the Front Desk is open 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
OVERNIGHT FAYWOOD GUESTS ONLY MAY RESERVE THE FOLLOWING TIMES:
Every day of the week except for Wednesdays when the pools are being cleaned and the pools is not available until 3:00PM.
THE FOLLOWING SLOTS ARE RESERVED FOR OVERNIGHT GUESTS ONLY:
10:00AM to 11:00AM
8:00PM to 9:00PM
9:00PM to 10:00PM
FEE PAYMENT: All guests are required to have a CONFIRMED pre-paid reservation before arrival due to a new policy effective August 1, 2024. All reservations must be paid, in advance with a credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express), cash or a gift card. Please note that your reservation will be in a pending mode until verified by the Front Desk Staff. You are not confirmed until your reservation changes from pending to confirmed. Once your reservation is confirmed, that is when your credit card will be charged.
CANCELLATION POLICY.
48 HOURS or MORE: All cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in time on your reservation will receive a full refund, minus a $10.00 processing fee for credit cards. The balance of funds will be returned to you by the means you originally used (i.e. Credit card, cash or gift card).
47 – 24 HOURS PRIOR: If you email, call or come in to cancel 47-24 hours prior to check-in, your refund will be for 50% of the total reservation rate less a $10.00 processing fee if credit card was used. The balance of funds will be returned to you by the means you originally used (i.e. Credit card, cash or gift card).
24 HOUR BEFORE OR A NO SHOW: If you cancel within 24 hours or are a No Show, you are subject to the full reservation rate and no refund will be given. No cancellation is permitted on same-day lodging and private pool reservations. If you need to leave early for an emergency, we offer compensation for the duration of the remaining reservation time. Please coordinate with the Front Desk before your departure.
ATTENTION GUESTS MAKING MULTIPLE SITE RESERVATIONS: When making on-line reservations for multiple sites (Camp, RV or Cabins) in the same reservation document, the system MAY NOT reflect the accurate prices for extra people or pets. Please ensure that you list in the notes how many people will be in each site (adults and children (under 12 YO) and how many pets)). Once the Front Desk staff receives your pending reservation, they will verify that all charges have been captured correctly and confirm your reservation. Please ensure that you review your CONFIRMED reservation that will come to you in an email to make sure all your needs were correctly posted. Please ensure that you enter a valid email address. Reservations are not final until you receive a return email showing the reservation has moved from Pending to Confirmed. Thanks for your understanding.
