About City Kayak

Surfski is an extremely fast kayak that can handle difficult ocean conditions, like waves and wind.

This session is designed for a strong paddler. The lesson includes handling, fitting a surfski, WING paddle, strokes, and REENTRY.

PREREQUISITE
Surfski is not suitable for beginners. You must be proficient in maneuvering a kayak AND reentering a kayak after a capsize.

EQUIPMENT PROVIDED
Epic V7 Surfski, Epic WING paddle, life jacket, wetsuit 3/2mm or 4/3mm.

BRING
Athletic clothing, sunglasses, sunhat, sunblock, towel, bathing suit, drinking water, snack

You can rent a surfski after taking this course.
