About Borrego Palms

With Anza Borrego State Park right out the back door and no houses within 100 yards, you are assured of a restful sleep. Comes with an unheated swimming pool and a hot tub for evening star gazing. The 1+ acre lot has over 50 palm trees, including Fan Palms, Bizmarks, Blues, Butias, and even one Chilean Wine Palm, and a wide variety of native desert plants and cactus.
There is also a security/maintenance man living on site to help with house problems, information on the area, directions, etc.

Main House

This duplex features a main house (2 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 4 to 8), and a studio with bathroom (sleeps 2). You can rent one or both units depending on availability.

Studio House

Queen Bed - Kitchen with small refrigerator, stove/oven and microwave.

Pet PolicyPets are allowed under the following conditions: The renter must rent both the Main House and Studio for the duration of the time the pet is present. Pets are not allowed in either the Main House or Studio, and are not allowed in the pool or the pool enclosure, but are welcome to run outside the houses and can spend the night in the (fenced) dog run, with a lockable dog house, which is located in the back yard. Guest are warned that coyotes are quite frequent visitors to our area, and mountain lions have been sighted in nearby Anza Borrego State Park.Activities: On Site and Nearby

Bicycling

Road Bike Rentals available from The Palms at Indian Head Desert Inn. Bikes are sized for adults and teens, $8.00 per hour with a three-hour minimum or $40.00 per day (24 hours), helmets are included (credit card deposit necessary). Bikes are for road riding only (not off-road or trail riding) and have dual disc brakes with water bottle holders, easy and fun to ride.
