Balance is due 45 days in advance or may be cause to forfeit deposit. Also, rental agreement must be signed before check in.
Here is a list of the check in/out procedures posted at each property and may vary depending on property:
1.Check-in Time is after 3:00 pm
2.No Fireworks, Firearms or Weapons allowed on property.
3.No smoking inside house/condo.
5.No dirt bikes or other ATVs.

6.Turn gas off on gas grill when finished cooking.
7.No long distance calls using house phone (please use calling card service).
