Total amount of rental is due at Check in. No exceptions. 3 or 4 night minimum stays. Add 4% for credit card processing fees, no charge for cash, NO CHECKS. Toiletries include: 1 roll toilet paper, no beach & bath towels, no paper towels, no coffee filters, no irons, no hairdryers. We suggest you bring beach & bath towels and your personal toiletries. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. QUIET TIME AT 10PM POOL CLOSES AT 10PM. VIOLATION FINES APPLY.
