1/2 rental amount of rental is due at confirmation. No exceptions. $300 damage deposit is required at check in. 3-7 night minimum stays. Add 4% for credit card processing fees NO CHECKS. Toiletries include: 1 roll toilet paper, no beach & bath towels, no paper towels, no coffee filters, no irons, no hairdryers. We suggest you bring beach & bath towels and your personal toiletries.
