All reservations require a $500 non refundable deposit that gets applied to your rental cost. We do understand that there are unforseen emergencies. For medical emergencies we will refund the full amount with a providers note. Any non emergencies will be taken into consideration when considering a refund. There will be a credit card processing fee of 3.40% on Final Payment, If you would like to avoid this fee, you may send a check or pay cash to be received 21 days prior to RV departure. Please bring proof of current Auto Insurance and Drivers License for pick-up. If your Auto Insurance covers RV's please inform us prior to your arrival so we may obtain an Insurance Binder. After booking your reservation Alaska Grizzly RV Rentals will contact you within 48 hours to ensure pick up and drop off time are accurate. Thanks again for booking.
