Our Escape condo rentals are located at 111 E. Campeche st. on the beach side of South Padre Island, TX.. One to two minute walk to a beach access, and to several restaurants and bars in either direction. Built in 2006 Escape condominiums has a swimming pool and parking for two vehicles in one parking space. Living area features large sofa, recliner and cable tv. Dining area features a dining table for four persons and three bar stools in the bar area adjacent to the kitchen. Kitchen feature a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a complete set of everything necessary to create meals. Master bedroom has complete furnishings and a Two queen size beds with comfortable bedding,cable tv and large closets. Second bedroom has queen size bed with comfortable bedding, cable tv, and large closets. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. POOL CLOSES AT 10PM.
