MV Amo is a restored traditional canal barge and is licensed by the Department of Transport and Tourism for 12 passengers. There are outdoor seats on the open decks at the bow and stern and it has a very comfortable interior with ample seating, toilet facilities, wood burning stove and a bar severing a selection of local craft beers and wines. Scheduled Cruises operate from March to October and advance booking is essential.

1. During operation, the vessel will remain under complete control of the Captain and/or crew.
2. The Company will not be liable for any accident, injury, loss, damage or delay to persons embarked, or their possessions, howsoever caused or during embarkation or disembarkation.
3. The Company carries full public liability insurance.
4. The Company does not accept responsibility in any circumstances whatsoever for loss of life, personal injury, illness or loss occurring by reason of the Clients negligence, or negligence by any member of the Clients party. The Client will be liable for any loss or damage to the vessels equipment or fittings caused by them or persons in their party.
5. The Captain has the right to refuse a passenger to board the vessel if said passenger appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
6. No confetti, party poppers or chewing gum to be brought on board.
7. Alcohol may not be brought on board. Bar service is available on all afternoon and evening cruises.
8. We reserve the right, on very rare occasions, to cancel a cruise or change the route through circumstances beyond our control. We will refund all payments if a cruise is cancelled. Private Charter Bookings cancelled by the Client with a minimum of 14 days notice before the departure date will be refunded.
9. Gift Voucher and Promotional Discount Vouchers that are redeemed and booked cannot be changed or exchanged for cash value.
10. The Captain may refuse to carry any passengers, or direct any passenger to disembark, where the behavior of that passenger is liable to cause nuisance or offence to the other passengers or put at risk the safety of the passenger, other passengers, crew or vessel.
11. Max 12 passengers on private charter cruises.
12. Cruises cancelled due to Covid 19 restrictions will be rescheduled or refunded.
