Cancellation Policy:
Rentals must be cancelled at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund, minus any applicable cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start time of the reservation will be 100% liable for the full amount of the reservation. Weather related cancellations will be made solely by the owner and/or representative of the company; weather cancellations will receive a 100% refund of unused time.
Rentals cancelled on Holidays or Holiday Weekends must be cancelled at least 14 days prior to the reservation to receive a refund. Holiday rentals cancelled within 14 days will be liable for the full amount of the rental.
Weather Policy in a nutshell: We will go out Rain or Shine. Lightning in the immediate area will constitute a stoppage or postponement. All weather cancellations are at the sole discretion of Atx Wake Adventures. Cancellations made based on weather "forecasts" will not warrant a refund, unless the cancellation is made by the company. We will only make weather cancellations the day of the reservation.

Cancellations that are made within 24 hours of the reservation, or "No-show" reservations, will not be refunded.
