RESERVATIONS:
Please note that reservations need to be a minimum of 7 nights. For bookings over 2 months, please email us and explain your needs.
GARBAGE
Please take your garbage to the garbage center in the village.
There is a compost pit next to the shed in the back yard for all vegetarian food items.
Do not leave any garbage in the house when you check out or when you leave the house for more than 24 hours.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If you find any defects during your stay, please let Rodolfo know right away.
Please note that the use of the property is entirely at your own risk.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house, only outside and we do not allow any pets.
Wireless Internet is available, but additional fees apply
FAILURE OF APPLIANCES AND FACILITIES
In this village public water, Internet and stable electricity have not been available for very long. Appliances suffer a lot in this area and they may break down more easily. For this reason, we cannot issue refunds for failure of appliances or facilities. Please let us know if there is any equipment that is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs made as soon as possible. Also note that power outages are common in the area.
