Our Cancellation Policy permits 100% refund of deposit, minus a $35 administration charge only if 12 days notice or more is given. If less than 72 hours notice, 1 night rental or more may be charged depending on the booking. Gift Certificates are issued where possible for a rain check. We recommend cancellation insurance.
